Royal Rangers is an international Christian leadership mentoring programme for children and youth. It uses an exciting outdoor-based curriculum that is designed to develop future leaders; and, to enrich their growing-up experience. The Life of a Royal Ranger includes great outdoor adventures through camping, water activities, hiking, rappelling, and mountain climbing, as well as challenging indoor adventures. Royal Rangers has been adopted across Singapore and in over 65 nations around the world.

Royal Rangers offers opportunities for character formation and servant leadership development for children and youth in a highly relational and fun environment. The weekly meetings are designed to develop the total child and offer love and understanding between the child and a godly role model. Dedicated leaders, called commanders, provide boys and girls the necessary direction during a weekly outpost meeting. More importantly, it provides tremendous opportunities for the children and youth to assume responsibility for decisions in their lives through positive friendships and Christian role models.
The life of a Royal Ranger is one of growth. Boys and girls develop mentally through an exciting and comprehensive weekly program. Firstly, they increase their physical prowess by participation in age-specific activities and recreation. Further, they grow morally and spiritually through Bible study, devotions and godly leadership. Finally, they are introduced to community, and nature-related activities to develop their social skills and awareness.

National Youth Achievement Award:

Royal Rangers Outpost 12 is proud to be recognised as an Operating Authority of the internationally recognised National Youth Achievement Award. Outpost # 12 is the first Royal Rangers outpost to integrate the NYAA requirements as an integral component of the Royal Rangers programme. In addition, the outpost is also proud of the dedicated corps of volunteer adult leaders who are dedicated to mentoring future leaders who are determined to complete the NYAA as part of the Royal Rangers programme.
